Oprichting AKT Autoschade
Albert has been through all of this before, he emigrated to the Netherlands in 2014. He worked for several car body repair companies until 2021, he saw that the shortage of personnel was very large in this sector and so decided to start his own employment agency in car body repair industry.

What happens to my rights if my placement with a client continues for a long time?
The longer you stay employed by AKT Autoschade, the more your rights build up under the ABU collective labour agreement phase system, which runs through phases A, B and C. In practice this means protections such as notice period and job security improve the longer a placement continues, rather than staying fixed from day one. Over time, a placement can also lead to a more permanent role with the client.
